ABOUT US

R.E.A.C.H. West for Special Adults was established in 2009 by a group of concerned family members of people with disabilities. Our program mirrors another program, R.E.A.C.H. for Special Adults of the Tri-Valley, for the community living in the Tri-Valley counties of Northern California. The group's goals are to provide safe, quality living environments where our residents learn self-sufficiency and live with dignity and respect. We provide a holistic approach to address nutrition, fitness, social and educational opportunities for this same community. We strive to bring significantly more joy to the lives of people with disabilities of the West Contra Costa and Northern Alameda counties.
